Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit.

Conditions

  • Items must be unopened/unused/unworn.
  • Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items returned smelling of smoke, smelling of perfume, that have pet hair, appear to be dirty, or have been worn will not be accepted.
  • Items need to be returned in the same condition that we sent them out.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • If your item does not get returned as stated, it will not be processed.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thejsullycollection@gmail.com.

Shipping

Shipping is a flat rate at $6.95, free over $50.00.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
